This is a two-levels house of a family with one child. The total of 170sqm residence is consisted of an open kitchen - living room - dinner table area, a bedroom with private bathroom and garden for the child and a guest bedroom with private bathroom at the first floor, and the master bedroom, with its private bathroom and open areas with pergola at the second floor.
Our assignment was to re-design the project from the first concept, which was an one-level house, to this one, which is a two-levels house. The basic design form and the elevations materials were already desided by the prime design. Our job was to study the floor adding, the exteriors and the interiors, preserving the original concept. This project was designed in association with the Architectural office of Christos Papafilippou who was the project Architect.
