The project aim to create an urban development along the coast around the town of Conil, a tourist destination in Andalusia. The approach is to use the pattern of the agricultural plots as a basis for the new city, which has an increasing density once one moves away from the sea, leaving the beach the main public space of the urban system. Two rivers marks the limit of the city both towards the North and the South, together with two parks consisting of a mixture of agricultural cultivations and small gardens. Each plot works as a small village, providing services and public spaces. The ground floor of every building has a structure made of walls that extend perpendicularly to the coast, and glass window elsewhere, so that the beach is always ideally perceived.
