Landscape architect had worked previously in their Coral Gables Residence for this couple that are friends. This vacation home in Vero Beach sits in a wonderful beach front lot. Landscape architect designed an outdoor terrace surrounded with coconut palms and additional native vegetation and a wood walkway connecting the terrace with te beach. Halfway thru the walkway, a large Tiki Hut was created for seating in the shade and three small shade tiki huts were placed in the beach front to create shades areas. The existing sand dune was increased into the property creating a large natural setting as you approach the beach side. Simple design that creates an enjoyable outdoor environment.
