An existing hotel undergoing total overhaul remodeling included the re-design of all the outdoor areas. Landscape Architect kept the existing pool structure and provided new finishes, pool deck and beachfront terraces plantings and created sand dunes plantings with native species. The landscape architecture won a state and a National award from the Society of American registered Architects.
