Located in the Coral Gables Mahi canal. This property has two levels. The main level and highest, where the residence, pool, and terrace is located is at street level. The second level is about six feet lower than the main via old stone steps which were existing along with the stone retaining wall and dilapidated fireplace which was rebuilt to its original conditions. The pool design with its waterfeature is more in keeping with the residence contemporary architecture. The lush tropical planting serves site fit to South Florida.
