Township’s design is inspired by historic grand lodges and Redwood Creek’s natural riparian character.  The project features naturally hewn materials and traditional building forms: stone, wood, plaster, heavy timber, trellises, steep sloped roofs, and a six-story Grand Tower.  Township is the first development to embrace the Creek as a public amenity, providing a publicly accessible pedestrian/bicycle trail with amenities such as benches, lighting, overlook areas, and trail visitor parking.

Township is a LEED Gold certified project.
