Fetters Apartments, the first phase of the Sonoma Springs Mixed-Use Project in the heart of Sonoma Valley, will provide 60 hardworking low-income families with affordable rental apartments, on-site resident services, after school program space, and a community building with laundry, kitchen, and entertainment features. Developed by MidPen Housing, the project helps meet the community’s affordable housing needs while providing neighborhood improvements such as bicycle and pedestrian trails, sidewalk enhancement, and a retrofitted shared-use play field for nearby Sonoma Charter School and community residents.

The project meets Cal Green Tier 1 requirements and is Green Point rated with a current goal of 145 points.
