Transforming the Bridge 2013-Cleveland Design Competition

The competition called for ideas to transform/reprogram the lower tier of the historic Detroit-Superior Bridge.  The proposed design called for the original streetcar entrances that led onto the lower tier to be unearthed.  These spaces would then be designated for pedestrian and bicycle traffic as well as add green space to provide civic area.
