the most PUBLIC learning facilities are in the middle band of the building and are TRANSPARENT, SPACIOUS, and
OPEN. The SEMI-PUBLIC office and managerial facilities are located at the front of the building and are SEMI-ENCLOSED
with wooden slats (which serve as shading devices and visual barriers) and typical partitions.
