This 270 000 sq.feet project comprises an 8 storey, 306 key 5* Marriott Hotel and 84 key 5*Marriott Executive Apartments accessed via a 5 level parking super basement. 

It includes Great Room lobby, The Archer Bar & Eatery, Keystone Bistro, All Day Dining, M-Club Lounge, private gym, landscaped courtyard with rim-flow pool.

This was a 30 month project, preceded by a 2 year iterative design process with the client and developer Amdec Group

The Interior Design was done as JV between Bentel Associates and Source IBA and included all FOH areas as well as guestrooms.
