there is always good work at the Bartlett !!
i'm partial to 'light' work (huge fan of james turrell ...) so Romanos's installation, Louise's light installation, and even Dora's installation in the mens toilets (!!) are the ones to which i'm drawn.
i don't know what Romanos thing is, but i like it.

hey there i was looking at Romanos thing again and was wondering ...
is it just white string that's lit up with a black light (sp?) ?
there was one time i was driving down the street and a group of people in a spin class (riding bicycles) were wearing white t-shirts in a black lit room ~ it was so cool !!
anyway, just wanted to know because Romanos made it look like laser beams !! i really like it ~ can't wait to see how you all push it forward ...

Is this a springboard into a larger design problem, or is this the product of a design problem itself? Have Bartlett Brits tired of solving traditional design problems by unconventional means?
Perhaps a little background would help to understand all the eyewash.
