The property owner, Hi-Tech Iron Works, was in need of interior and exterior improvements to an existing 1,600 SF office building and the design inspiration took advantage of the owner’s spare steel inventory. 

The office interior features welded steel channels and clear glazing that wrap the main conference room and continue along the private offices. The exterior features a steel trellis and a custom ironwork entry door.
