This project was three residential towers connected by a large volume of street-level commercial space. The towers created a shared interior recreational courtyard. Residence layouts ranged from studio to three- bedroom apartments with some enjoying expansive views of mountains, parkland, and the city.
With construction already underway, we were hired to redesign the interior architecture to maximize the sense of space within the residential floorplans and to improve the residential terraces as well as to correct the facade to align with the reimagined interiors concept.

My Role: I designed new apartments that would be more desirable in the local residential. My designs accommodated a challenging mix of structural columns and terraces. After completing the new floorplans, I edited the façade while preserving the existing concept.
