The villa is positioned in the middle of a rectangular plot with plenty of outer space on all sides. Thus I designed the plans and overall project by starting from the interior. 

All the vertical and horizontal elements as well as the raw material palette (visible concrete, exposed brick, stone chimney, hardwood floors) continue from the inside to the outside in an organic composition.
