The building is situated on a curve-shaped crossroad site, and one of the challenges was adapting the internal spaces to an irregular footprint. 

The proposed idea of arranging rectangular rooms to follow the road curves without having distorted walls, not only provided regular and functional spaces for the apartments, but also fragmented the facade making it the defining  characteristic of the building. The color differentiation of the vertical volumes and balconies  inspired by the 70-s style of the existing residential buildings around the site, helps integrate the building with it’s surrounding.
