The R & H Simon Silk Mill is a 330,000 SF complex including 19 buildings on a 14-acre site. Artefact is assisting the City Redevelopment Authority and the selected developer with preparing existing conditions drawings, design development, construction documents, construction administration, interior design, and preparation of historic tax credits. The adaptive reuse of the complex is targeting a completion date approximately at the end of 2017 and will include 160 apartments, commercial spaces, and artists' studios.
