Design of a prefabricated private resident. The foundation and basement walls are created with Superior Walls structures. The first and second floor and the roof are created with Structural Insulated Panels (SIP). The house features an oriental inspired design with living spaces on the first floor organized around a central courtyard. The second floor bedrooms are connected by a long balcony along the double height of the courtyard. The exterior facade is in Cedar siding and the roof is Cedar Wood Shakes.
