This project has two great aspects.
One is the develop an energetically sustainable building that will respond to a type of tourist that demands a way of living an special architecture.
And two; for the place, a building that was built prefabricated in steel structure. Assembled in the shortest possible time, given the type of climate that exists in the place.
The Hotel Volume is divided into a 4-story Grand Hall, which functions as a large greenhouse, which manages to maintain an average annual temperature of 18ºC regardless of the external climate.
