Two adjacent townhouses within the old winding roads of St. Julians merged into one. A simple client brief, the gutting of both houses and their seamless joining. The concept devised by the design team and clients was of an open and light intervention, giving importance to the architectural details and space. The interiors where kept light and white with tasteful lighting, intended to showcase the clients collection of original design furniture pieces. The ground floor and garden were levelled out to give the feeling of continuity. A substantial paved area in the garden provides for the entertainment and outside dining area around A raised hard-stone Jacuzzi.
