On the ground floor, the living and dining area are connected, with large opening and direct access to side garden become extension of outdoor family activity area. The layout of inner spaces is divided into 2 segments with dining area (ground floor) and family area (first floor) as focal point of home to encourage spatial interconnection.

The façade design of 2 semi-d houses is integrated and connected to create an independent building along the street. Master bedroom and bathroom glazed windows are positioned proportionately with background walls to form an aesthetically pleasing and balanced finish to the houses.
