Project Architect for design, documentation, and construction administration of a 1,700 sf tenant fit-out in an upscale foodcourt setting. Worked closely in a team of 3 with Design Principal and Project Manager. The firm held a prior relationship with the client which was maintained throughout the project and strengthened upon completion.
Responsibilities included:
* Attendance at and coordination of client meetings
* Coordination of foodservice equipment, services, and city health agency approvals
* Engineering consultant coordination
* Construction Manager RFI and submittal reviews
* Detailing of custom wood ceiling panel system
* Presentations to base-building landlord & architect representatives for approval
