Transformative renovations to a family’s vacation house which was to become their primary residence.  Added large expanses of oversized windows, upgraded interior finishes, light fixtures, and optimized circulation & flow throughout.  Solely coordinated all phases of work under supervision of Principal-in-Charge.

* Client interviews to understand lifestyle, philosophies, and goal setting.
* Design of alteration scope & incorporation of client review comments
* Bid & construction documentation
* Review & process cost estimates on behalf of clients
* Frequent site visits & contractor coordination
