Staff Architect during the design and documentation phases of a 4 story, 75,000 sf residence for international university students.  Collaboration among a team of four, detailing unique, lean-budget construction features including loadbearing wood-stud shear walls, exterior masonry veneer & EIFS finishes, an outdoor bicycle storage system, and a public courtyard.

Responsibilities included:
* Detailing of exterior wall sections
* Proposed exterior building colors
* Building shadow studies
* Detailing of cafe lobby tenant and exterior trellis seating
