During my placement year I spent 5 months working for an architecture company based in Dubai, UAE. Over the duration of my time there I was initially asked to make a model of a project that was under development. The model I built made a big impression and was subsequently asked to build models of other projects that were also under development, and ended up creating 7 models in total. 

Although model making was my main role, I was also asked to do other work such as creating a unique patterning idea that would be used for a shading system. I was also given an introduction in using Autodesk Revit having no experience in using it before joining the company.
