ALAO (AL-Architecture Office D.P.C.) is led by two partners - Aya Maceda and James Carse is a New York City and New Orleans based collaborative studio working at the intersection of DESIGN, RESEARCH and SOCIAL ADVOCACY . We have a humanist approach to design that allows for people to feel joyful and rooted in a place. Our projects range from bespoke residences, creative studios, retail flagships, community spaces, destinations, and environments to create a richer infrastructure for living.
