Four clear and translucent volumes contain the main part of the program, the sports courts, the fitness facilities, the restaurant- cafe and the entrance hall, considered as served spaces.

The rest of the program classified as servant spaces, changing rooms, services, kitchens, storage rooms and others are located on a lower piece defined as a plinth that links the four volumes and resolves the transition between them.

The exterior space between the building and the outdoor sports courts turns out to be a pedestrian promenade across the lot, connected to the public space.
