The Marine Research Center is located on the Fisherman’s Pier and it includes 20 temporary apartments for the researchers working on it.

The project is defined as two separate buildings, one for the Research Center placed on the ground floor and the other for the apartments placed above the Center.

The part of the Research Center is designed as an open space, with some laboratories, working spaces and a library, all of them connected through the entrance hall. The residential part provides 20 apartments of 4 different types, from 1 bedroom up to 4 bedrooms.
