Final Project of Architecture that focuses on the redesign of a block of the Eixample del Poblenou, located on Pere IV Street.
This block houses a small Art Noveau warehouse designed by the architect Manuel Raspall i Mallol that was built in 1907.
The intervention includes a Centre for Arts and Culture, 18 rental apartments, a guesthouse for visiting artists and a parking lot, all interconnected by a central public space located inside the block.
The project is defined as a composition of nine volumes and its associated interspaces.
