Ware Malcomb provided full architectural and interior design services for a 227,043 SF industrial cold storage facility including 9,000 SF of office. The freezer portion of the facility built with insulated metal panels up to 65’, allowing for the clear height of 58’. The office portion of the facility is a two-story space built with precast wall panels. The project is pursuing LEED Gold.
