Ware Malcomb provided full architectural, interior design, and branding services for a new 1,069,200 SF district corporate headquarters and distribution facility for medical supplier. The project included 17,500 SF of office, and 1,050,000 SF of distribution warehouse and automation for sorting of goods, as well as temperature control room. The facility is made utilizing a tilt-up construction. The panels span up to 50’-6”, providing a clear height of 37’ clear within the warehouse.
