Ware Malcomb provided full architectural and interior design services for a new 760,000 SF corporate headquarters for a wine and spirits facility. The project includes 120,000 SF of office and 640,000 SF of distribution warehouse space. The scope consists of the consolidation of the operations of two existing facilities into one new centralized corporate headquarters with a focus on branding and hospitality services. The lobby features a double story atrium, monumental stair and glass operable partition to adjoining spirits tasting/function room. Multiple sales teams have dedicated training rooms and conference areas.
