Designed for a wealthy Client on a prime piece of ocean front land, we created this very elegant estate that serves as a home base and summer entertainment facility for the extended family. Original structure was raised to make way for two separate cottages connected by a dining/BBQ room. A total of 12 bedrooms, 2 fully functional yet separate houses create a distinctive memory of a Maine Summer.
