The 8 Square School House is a dilapidated single room, 19th-century structure.  Formerly a children's school, it has since been abandoned and more recently used for bi-monthly Historic Ithaca member meetings.  It is planned for history-sensitive repair in the near future.

This project required our two-person team to fully measure and draft (first by hand, then in CAD) the school house, according to the Historic American Building Survey regulations and format.
