The London Borough of Southwark (LBS) has developed for Elephant & Castle, a neighbourhood located at the south of London which in the last 50 years has suffered the stigma of an immigrant as well as dangerous place, a renovation master plan to convert this area into a new pole of development.

The Green Core Tower follows this line of action by giving to Elephant & Castle corporative offices, Hotel and housing, in response to the requirements established by the LBS master plan.
