Entry Elevation Study For The Proposed Corporate R&D Conceptual Office Building Study Model for a possible location in Philadelphia along Market Street in the University City. Concrete and steel structure with architectural stone and metals cladding.
Interior: Two Lecture Halls. Art / Exhibit Spaces. Main Central atrium space concept based on the Ford Foundation buildings built in NYC also with trees. Main courtyard functions for eating and hosting events. Building footprint takes up the entire city block. +/-90% of the roof faces north. An alleyway in the rear (North side) serves as the main way for deliveries and access to a floor below grade . There is an adjacent smaller block on the east side will serve as a new parking garage.
