Main courtyard functions for eating and hosting events. Building footprint takes up the entire city block. +/-90% of the roof faces north. An alleyway in the rear (North side) serves as the main way for deliveries and access to a floor below grade . There is an adjacent smaller block on the east side will serve as a new parking garage.
