After master planning the campus, WDG designed four of the five buildings:
Phase 1; Campus Administration, classrooms, offices, (original) library, and social spaces. Opened in 2003.
Phase 2: More classrooms and departmental offices. Opened in 2006.
Phase 3 & 4: Library/Media Center, tutorial center, classrooms, departmental offices, and social spaces. Opened in 2009.
Phase 6 & 7: Student Services offices (financial aid, advising, registration, testing, and administration), Hospitality Department (3 teaching kitchens, classrooms, and offices); Public Service Department (Police, Fire, and EMS training facilities and offices); Education Department (science laboratories, classrooms and offices), and a 3,000 s.f. Commons used for banquets, special events, career fairs, public meetings, and social space. Opened in 2012.
Exterior landscape and space design. Completed in 2012.
