Our building project type expertise centers around Public and Higher Education facilities including teaching spaces, labs, offices, housing, and administration support areas; Hospitality, particularly restaurants--both custom and franchise--and food service related facilities; Health Care offices and clinics; Sports facilities; Exercise and Fitness facilities; Commercial Office and Retail buildings including grey and vanilla shells and tenant improvement build-outs; and Government facilities including municipal buildings (fire, police, library, office) and federal military base improvements. Many of our projects include building renovations, additions, reuse, and re-purposing.
Most of our projects are located in central and southern New Mexico and southern Texas. However, we hold licenses in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, and California. We work with the full range of delivery methods: design-bid-build, design-build, CMAR, and negotiated bids. Our history of work with many general contractors has resulted in excellent relationships and mutual respect with the construction industry.
