The owners of a tired 1930's bungalow reached out to Venn Studio looking for a refresh and and full reconfiguration of their property.  The Culver City Remodel reimagines what was once a wood sided, dark house, transforming it into a bright modern family home.  Without significantly increasing the floor area, the design aims to make the home feel larger through vaulted ceilings, natural materials and larger window openings.
