The Butler Apartments Project is an extensive remodel to an existing 1950's era 8-unit apartment building in West LA.  The client approached Venn Studio with the design brief to completely reconfigure the existing layouts and exterior to create space saving high-efficiency units. 

In an effort to address Los Angele's housing shortage, Venn Studio is working closely with the clients to create cleverly designed units that take advantage of every square inch of available space.  The result is a design that aims to be all at once timeless and exceptionally contemporary through an offering of unique modern solutions to small scale living.
