Former headquarters of Tastykake Baking Company. [2011-12 Project Architect] The center consists of 220,000 s.f. of retail, offices educational and institutional spaces. Anchored by building 6, ShopRite supermarket; Also by building 7, ROSS dress for less and building 8 as future tenant, all in one Core & shell design structure, but individual Tenant Fit-out designs. I prepared site specific plans, elevations and building sections for overall masonry and steel frame building in general and building 7 ROSS in particular, per tenant prototypical layout and specification requirements. This included wall sections & plan details and coordination of owner represented consultants and design engineering teams.
