Soviet constructivism concept clashes to the American utopian idea 
and with several phases of experiments at the juxtaposition of two 
different cultures and two different approaches gave a birth to 
the new mega structure. 
Habitable bridge is compost of bridge and 
skyscraper that creates connections and spaces.   
The Bridge itself is a building.  It connects northern boulevard 
( Dutch kills green) at North-west and Skillman Avenue and 43rd 
Avenue. Conceptually it is part of a bigger chain of bridge connections.
