Project concept was to merge new project to urban grid and keep unity with harmony.  
Project is located in historical district of Tbilisi. Project was inspired with historically 
well know terrace type of architecture with greeneries on top of it, which was very 
authentic urban structure for Tbilisi. I try to reuse city genetic code to create healthy 
environment,  where all social status people could cohabitate, as Tbilisi had used to it. 
project idea further developed as a horizontal skyscraper. facade visual esthetic emphasize it's 
structural volume. architectural concept is based on historic research, climate factors 
with landscape specific and previous vernacular experience.
