All port cities have own unique history
of geographical gross, as well as general
one. Resemblance is in an expansion
of land towards foreshore. After
assimilating area of water, towns enrich
with boulevards and ports. In due course
ports are combined with the
encirclement of the settlement.
It follows from specification of ports,
that frequently they are technically
reequipped and territorially grown.
This negatively acts on surroundings of
neighboring blocks and general structure
of town. It’s important to arrange
problems on specific stages of urban
development of the town. This radical
reconstructions of ports are inevitable.
Our project is presenting this specific
stage of urban development of Varna.
