Tobin | Parnes acted as the Architect of Record and Project Manager for the design and construction of this high-end, Times Square Japanese Cuisine restaurant.  Working directly with the Owner, Benihana, and world renowned Interior Designer, Tony Chi & Associates, Tobin | Parnes coordinated the interior design and architectural aspects of the project; providing construction documentation and construction administration services for the restaurant to ensure code compliance, complete program development, overall design and construction review.
