TEK recently completed the complete renovation of Tanya Tower, a 138-unit supportive housing facility located in Manhattan and run by F•E•G•S Health and Human Services. The project involved the expansion, reconfiguring, redesign and up-grading of all public and outdoor space as well as the conversion of the building to a “green” LEED Silver Certified structure. It is one of the first existing supportive housing facilities to be converted into a sustainable building.
