TEK completed the conversion of a100,000 square foot light industrial building in Manhattan into a transitional housing facility with headquarter offices and supporting spaces to provide treatment and administrative services for its clients. The project involves the complete core, shell and infrastructure renovation of the one-hundred year old structure as well as the programming, design and fit-up of all floors. The program includes offices, treatment and a variety of program spaces, a full service cafeteria and commercial kitchen and transitional housing for 300 residents of the Bowery Residents Community.
