The remodel of this high-end custom hom in Scottsdale, AZ  was a two phase project of which I designed, planned, and oversaw construction administration for the work. The first phase was to demise an existing pony wall, provide adequate structural reinforcement, and install a code-compliant railing that would not obstruct the views, but allow for a full use of the space.

The master bathroom suite of this residence did not fit the existing style for the rest of the home and there was not enough lighting, stroage, or counter-top space for the master bedroom suite. The main objective for such an ample space was to provide the room with a more coehsive design and feel. The shower area needed to be altered to allow more natural light into the space, and provide a more organized layout.
