In this project, we designed a residential building with a central core. We tried to program wet spaces around the building's central core, including bathroom and kitchen spaces. In the outer facade of the building, we designed cantilever balconies. We also designed a parametric double facade on the south face of the building that prevents the excessive sunlight of Texas.
