As a Full-time Analog Fabrication Technician for the School of Design, I collaborated with a team of four technicians to ensure the safety of over 300 students in various SoD programs. My responsibilities include:

• Machinery maintenance, student work-study oversight, and mandatory shop-safety workshops.
• Provided Expert guidance on technical matters and instructed students on advanced techniques beyond my assigned duties.
• Oversee equipment set-up, daily use, maintenance, and repair, ensuring safe, clean, and optimal working conditions.
• Partner with other Technicians and faculty to provide instruction and technical support, including Shop Safety certification instruction and as-needed workshops and class demonstrations.
