The human societies on the earth are getting closer to each other and becoming interdependent. This is due to globalization. All the segments of human society are necessary for the development of nations and human race. This interdependence should be in balance condition. A big lacuna and disparity ultimately result in violation among people and non cooperation by the depressed groups. Either group slowly vanishes or becomes a burden up on social system. The new age can not afford the slave system in the society but contribution of different segments as per their skills and abilities. We observe in our country the disparity is near to hopelessness. The reasons are many but the main lacking factors are education of the nation, weakness of government policies and unorganized approaches of social reforms. This situation is very clear in Baba Island. Our attempts are focusing on this island due to the pathetic condition prevailing there. The social scenario of Baba Island tells us that this population of 10504 mainly depends upon fishing as their economy but suffers due to many factors like;
1. Education is not up to the mark among people.
2. Though they are not unaware but unorganized for their self-help programs.
This study is an attempt to understand the dynamics of a spontaneous settlement. Various aspects of its culture; and their relationship with social and physical environment have been studied. The problems related to infrastructure and amenities have also been identified and in the final it has been attempted to prepare an architectural solution to match their socio cultural needs & increase the level of their sustainability. We have the program: 
• To educate their males and females in technical fields too.
•  To organize them for self help through counseling, motivations, incentives and encouragement.
• To introduce new skills for their rainy days as side business of fishing.
• To create non industrial job opportunities on the island.
• To develop the interest of tourists and Karachiites in terms of resort here.

This would help to stabilize their economical fluctuation. This social and fiscal program could ultimately effect them positively. The hygienic conditions, building by laws, provision of infrastructure, and improving their health condition are the ultimate goals of our program for their prosperity.
